Absolutely! A craft is something you make into something else. A base object such as a bottle can easily be transformed into a craft that can be named as original craft work.

Yes, you can. As long as you remove any labels from the bottles before decorating them it would be alright. Also, if the bottle has etching or a raised design on it, such as a Snapple bottle does, you would not be able to use it due to copyright laws.
