Is it ok to gargle with hydrogen peroxide?

Hydrogen Peroxide is definetly okay to gurgle with it just all depends at what percentage you use it at. i would recommend not going stronger than 3%. Hydrogen peroxide is natural so its a lot better health wise than mouth wash. (talking from experience) I do it all the time!

No it is dangerous to gargle with hydrogen peroxide because it can damage the soft pallate in the mouth. Swallowing hydrogen peroxide can also lead to GI tract problems.

It is okay to gargle hydrogen peroxide. However, it is not okay to swallow hydrogen peroxide. Swallowing may result in death. So when gargling, be very careful that no chemicals wash down your throat.

Old school knowledge says yes, but the answer is NO. Hydrogen Peroxide is very caustic and kills delicate skin tissue.

It is not ok to gargle with hydrogen peroxide. If use the enamel of the teeth spoil and get turn yellowish.
