Yes. Liver and other organ meats contain taurine, a nutrient that is essential to cats and is not found in muscle meat. Lack of taurine can cause blindness and heart problems. All cat food made in the United States contains added taurine, sometimes in the form of liver! Don't skimp on the other meats though. Muscle meat is higher in protein.

You should never feed your cat human food because they will eventually only want human food and not their own. Talk to your vet to see if it would be ok you to feed you cat some human foods. dont feed them raw liver because it isnt cooked well enough.

Liver is not something that will harm your cat, though you want to make sure they're getting a healthy, rounded diet. Cats are carnivores, after all, and hunt in the wild. I would stick with the general rule that everything is fine in moderation, and if you notice a difference in bowl movements or appetite, consult your vet.

Sure it is ok. I have a 17 yeard old cat that has been leaving under that diet. And besides he loves it.
