If you're relocating to Mexico, you can take your car. There are papers to fill out as well as an import tax that you must pay. If you plan to import cars into the country for resale, that is another matter. You need a special license. Check with the authorities in the state (of Mexico) where you plan to operate.

You can import cars into Mexico. There are rules with regard to immigrants who want to bring a vehicle into the country. Importing cars on a large scale for resale requires permits and licenses. There is a lot of information about bringing vehicles into the country at the website run by the Mexican Consulate.

Yes, you can import them but obviously you need an application. And you also have to pay a duty tax on it. So it might not be worth it in the long run.
