Is it healthy to wear high heeled shoes?

I worry about long term damage to my knees and ankles.

The experts agree that high heel safety says you shouldn't wear them everyday. Wearing heels everyday can shorten calf muscles plus cayse lower leg pain.

Wearing high heels constantly can cause misalignment of the spine as you are pitched forward. Also, it will cause not only knee problems, but also put you at risk for bunions, corns, and calluses on your feet.
