Each pregnancy is unique. Being pregnant before doesn't make it any easier or any harder for you to get pregnant again.

Not necessarly, sometimes birth can result in damage to the cervix and uterus that may make becoming pregnant more difficult.

Yes it is very easy to concieve after the first baby infact you concieve very fast compared to normal rate.
