Is it difficult to hook up the printer at home?

Most currently available printers hook up via the USB port. The install is extremely simple. The printer will come with a CD with the printer driver and software which you install and then plug in the printer.

It is very easy to hook up a printer at home. Usually you will have a cable that you plug into the back of your computer and the other end goes into the back of the printer. There is also a power cord that needs to be plugged in.

Not at all. Make sure the printer is plugged in and cable is hooked into computer. You will most likely have to configure the printer.

No, absolutely not, but be sure to follow the instruction manual included with the printer and follow the step by step instructions given to insure its a headache free process. More often than not all it involves is installing software from a disc, followed by plugging in the printer itself. You'll do just fine!
