Carpal tunnel syndrome is pain in the wrist and hand area caused by repetition of a certain task. I don't see the relatationship between being pregnant and carpal tunnel syndrome. Carpal tunnel syndrome can be very painful and may need medical attention. Certain hand and wrist exercise may help. You may even need to be injected.

The cause of carpal tunnel syndrome is not always known. Hormonal changes and fluid retention during pregnancy can cause it, but the cause is not always found. It can also be a repetitive strain injury, such as using a computer all day, every day, and writing full-time. Ask your Doctor.

A lot of times carpal tunnel syndrome will first show up in pregnancy due to hormone changes and water retention. It may or may not go away after the birth.

Yes some people have carpal tunnel from the pressure of the baby on nerves, and some have bells palsy in the face. These things will resolve when the baby is born.

no carpal tunnel isn't caused from pregnancy and it does not go away on its own you have to recieve treatment for it from a physician. The pregnancy ending will havenothing to do with getting rid of the Carpal Tunnel,
