Is it better to use cooking bags for cooking a turkey?

If you really want your turkey to be moist, definitely use a cooking bag. It will cut down the cooking time. It will not get a nice brown color.

Yes it is the meat will fall off the bones literally it keeps the moisture locked into the meat. It is easier to clean up also.

If you buy a turkey that's not full of butter, you can cook it the natural way. Put it in a roasting pan, cover the wings and legs with foil.
