I have also heard about these places, but they do not have them where I live, either, so I cannot be sure, but I think that Folks Restaurant and Folks Kitchen, while they may be the same, are definitely different from PoFolks.

Pofolks is a franchise mainly based in Florida. Folks restaurants and Folks kitchen are the same and based exclusively in Atlanta.

No,Folks Restaurant and Folks Kitchen I believe is places you can eat at, or in other words, restaurants. Po Folks is a slang for people that don't have as much or hardly anything I believe. It is a slang that I don't like to hear because sometimes you cannot help what you have in material things.
