How do you go about refacing kitchen cabinets?

Remove doors and all hardware. Sand doors down, Decide if you want a professional paint job by sending the doors to be spray painted. Or paint them yourself. My recommendation, have them spray painted. Hand paint the exposed areas of the cabinets on the wall. Buy new up-to-date hardware.

first you go to home depot or lowes and buy new facing that you like then go on youtube and type in "how to reface kitchen cabinets" follow the instrunctional video and make sure you bought the proper glue and have scrapped off the old and non useable facing to be replaced

With a piece of sand paper sand down all the cabinets. Now take a can of clear coat and spray the cabinets several times.

Okay, the first thing you need to do is to face away from the cabinets. Then turn your body back toward the cabinets to reface them.
