They are indeed a scam. They want people to pay lots of money to help you fill out paperwork to get scholarships and grants. You can do this yourself.

EdiFi has come under a great deal of fire because most of the "services" they offer (for a fee) regarding financial aid for higher education is information that anyone can access for free. There are no "secret" sources of financial aid, which EdiFi leads people to believe. EdiFi staff are commissioned salespeople, which is very telling.

It cannot be stated us EDIFI as a scam because it helps many students to fulfill their vision. EDIFI is a business team communicates directly with students and occasionally with parents or guardians. it gives proper planning in your studies to decrease the expenses and the guidance to get scholarships.

There are two kinds of financial aid: government (federal or state) aid that is strictly and only based on need (not gender/marital status/"single mom"/age/ethnicity/etc) AND private scholarships that are offered by corporations/organization/universities -- all easy to find out about. EDIFI takes advantage of people who lack this info. Search online.

EDIFI is just another pyramid scam. Ultimatly they convince you that if you give them money you'll get people below you to give you money, its a rip off.
