Data-Entry work is not necessarily a scam although you should do some research into the particular data entry you seek to do.

Data-entry work can definiely be a scam, but this is not necessarily always the case. Try to use your best discretion for this type of work; most of the time, the worst thing that will happen is you will receive lots of spam email.

There are data entry work scams out there, but there are also plenty of data entry jobs that are real and valid. Research the company advertising the job and check them with the Better Business Bureau. Remember never to pay them any money to hire you.

Not all of it is. You just have to be careful about where you are getting your information from. Most of the Data-Entry work on craigslist is a scam. Keep looking around and see what you can find. Try and go to the official websites. The more official the better.
