Is dwarf boxwood a good shrub for borders?

I want something that is evergreen.

They do make good borders. But keep in mind they are prone to die off in winter if you live in a area that gets really cold.

The dwarf boxwood makes a wonderful low hedge. Dwarf boxwoods have a petite leave which can look very formal. There is little or even no fuss with this shrub.
