A lymphocyte count of 845 could be slightly on the low side. There are many factors that could cause this. The most common, is a viral infection of some sort. Certain drugs can cause a low count as well. Serious conditions like HIV or cancers could cause low counts too.

Do not worry your lymphocyte count is normal, a deficiency of 5 is not that of a big deal. Normal range usually varies and a non-drastic change of your count still means that you are within normal range. Low lymphocyte count means that you have anemia and a high count means you have an infection.

Having a lab value just under or over the range set by a range is generally not concerning if you are without symptoms. Different labs also have different range values. Your count could be normal in the eyes of a different laboratory. Numbers are less important when there are no concurrent symptoms.

this would be normal because of its minimal amount, but less than 20 must be reported since lymphocyte plays also a roll in immune response especially when there is something wrong inside the body.
