Yes, it is. I have dry skin and have a problem with frangrance, so I have to use hypoallergenic products. Almay is very good.

Yes, almay 's make-up is hypoallergenic. It works well on just about anybody's skin type. Most of the products (eye shadows, foundations, blushes, etc.) go on smoothly. Eye shadows are perfectly organized to fit specifically colored eyes.
