No. Becoming pregnant does not release a minor from custodianship by her parents. A minor is only emancipated if the proper paperwork is filed with proper justification.

Only a married teen is considered emancipated. A pregnant teen is still a minor, but is responsible for the care of her child.

A pregnant teenager is considered emancipated upon the birth of her child. At that point, she can make health and welfare decisions for her child. She may still have a legal guardian or appointed legal adviser until she herself is emancipated. For example, a pregnant 14 year old can decide for her child but not for herself.

No. Emancipation is a legal process that involves completing legal documents, hearings before the family court, and other legal considerations. Being pregnant does not automatically lead to emancipation. Additionally, there may be other laws around the baby born to a minor.
