In Microsoft Word, my screen goes white. What's wrong?

To fix ANY Microsoft Office problems you must repair Office 2007 you must go to Start|All Programs| Microsoft Office|Microsoft Office Tools| Microsoft Office Diagnostics, and fix it from there.

delete your ms word template file "normal.dot" and delete all the files of this name then look at spyware removal by installing ad-aware also update Anti virus
