In adobe acrobat you can embed audio by a special softwares, one like pdf creator or other editing software of your choice. Do search on google. com, of this software. After then you can edit or insert any thing, that is in the pdf document.

This is possible over a link, what means, that the reader has to have an internet connection and the file has to be on a public internet server. If you have for example an mp3 file on a server, you can create a link to this file with acrobat. You should use version 8 or higher.
