I'm making pork chili verde, which is cubed pork butt in a spicy sauce. I need to feed 60. How many lbs should I make?

Well if you need to feed 60, you should be making atleast 5 pounds. 5 pounds should be good to feed that big of a crowd but also if that is the only dish, then you need more. I am just guessing that you will be serving other types of food.

Allow 8 ounces uncooked meat per person, so you buy in 30lb of meat. It depends how fatty the meat is as to whether this will be enough, so buy 32lb for safety's sake. Most people will live with a 6oz portion, so you should be OK at that.
