Have these occurred recently, and are you new to India's climate? If so you may be suffering discoloration due to the heightened sun. Even so, and if you are indigenous to India, you want to check your conditions and see if you have contracted a fungal infection.

There are many reasons you may be having pigmentation changes on your hands and feet. It could be a reaction to something you are touching. It could be a change in your food diet. It could be a skin condition that is making these changes. Most usually nothing serious, unless you have swelling, redness, or burning symptoms.
