The only way you will be able to get your family medical history if you were adopted is if this was an open adoption. If it wasn't then you would not have access to this information.

You can try calling the adoption agency but there's a good chance they won't give it to you. As long as you get a full workup with your doctor, I wouldn't be too concerned. You won't always inherit what your family has. Stay on top of your health care and you will live a healthy life.
