Can you sue your family if they refuse to give you your fathers medical records?

I have a leg condition that is very similar to my real father's and I need the records.

A doctor should be able to diagnose you without records. That is a physician's job. They do not need records of a family member, necessarily. If your father is deceased, you should be able to petition his doctor for the records, just as your family apparently has.
