I would remove all metals and petroleum -- humanity is not able to handle them. Establish international governance. Then world-wide currency. Make it illegal to profit on healthcare and pharmaceuticals.

First, I would end all wars and find a way to make peace. Second, I would make sure everyone helped everyone to survive. Third, I would introduce music to anyone who had none. Third, I'd abolish money, and last, I'd help charities.
