He would probably become distant with you. If his parents are a big part of his life he would probably make up reasons why you couldn't be together. He wouldn't want to be around you if he was with them.

If they told him to break up with you, he might seem very upset to have to break up with you, but still let you know it was not his choice. If he's honest, he will come out and tell you the truth.

If he was honest he would tell you. He may not call as often or sneak to call you. His parents may not let him talk to you.
