Virtually all cell phones made in the last ten years have multiple ringers built in. Even the oldest phones still in use today generally have about four MIDI-based ring tones. However, you probably cannot download new ring tones to your cell phone.
Go into the settings application on your phone to change your ring tone. There is a list there to choose from different ring tones that are available for your phone.
