I supposedly failed a drug test. I haven't taken anything medication other than what was prescribed for me. Why would my drug test be positive?

You are taking an abundance of medications which could cause a positive drug test. I would especially suspect Xanax, Ambien, Adderall, and even valerian root. You should list all the prescription drugs you take in advance of a required drug test. Poppy seeds can cause an opiate positive, so also be careful what you eat.

Those are all extremely powerful medications. Ambien has been known to cause lost memories and hallucinations, so it is possible you took another medication without remembering it, if there was one in your medicine cabinet.

Please help. This is very important. My ex is saying i failed a drug test for speed. I take only what is prescribed. I have severe insomnia so they are attempting to keep my awake during the day to try and reset my clock. Is this what has done this?
