The engine you replaced it with, was it used? If so you might have an issue with the starter, or perhaps it's cracked. Consult who you purchased it from.
Check for fuel flow, check all electrical connection and warning lights on dash, check for spark from the plugs themselves, check for proper grounding, make sure the computer has been programmed to the new engine.
Check that your spark plugs fire. Hold them against the vehicle body and observe a bright blue spark. Then check if your fuel pump is working. The spark plugs should get damp when you crank the engine. If you have all of this, you may not be able to fix it yourself and you should consider going to a garage.
