I recently scraped my knee and it's now a hard scab that's red and yellow. Is it infected?

No that does not sound like it is infected. The yellow is just pus. If it is red around the wound is may be infected.

Yes, I would have to say it is infected. Use some Peroxide and Antibiotic ointment for 2 days at most. If that does not clear it up, you may want to go to your doctor and see if they can irrigate the wound to remove what ever is causing the infection.
