Most items from WWII are worth something because they are highly sought after collectibles. They are not dangerous by themselves. As for what they are worth, you would need to check with an antiques seller or WWII memorabilia collector, who, based on the condition and number of cartridges, will tell you what they are worth.

Bring it to an appraiser, or even a museum. They will be able to tell you if the film has been used or not. The film isn't dangerous. Its not worth anything if its blank.
