If you have Chronic pain you need to see a doctor. Pelvic pain may be caused by gynecological, non- gynecological reasons also depression and anxiety. If you don't feel under last 2 conditions you need to see a gynecologist if you are lady or your family doctor. Physiotherapy may help.

Sometimes the pain can be caused by not having enough liquids in your diet, or having irritable bowel syndrome. If you are a woman it could be Endometriosis possibly which is a condition in the uterus. Sometimes it can even be caused by anxiety. A doctor will be able to determine.
