Blot your face with a cool, damp cloth and relax. Vomiting often causes shaking and blotchy skin due to the violent convulsing of the body.

You might have had an allergic reaction to something, which would account for both the vomiting and the spots. That is only one of the possibilities, there could be any number of reasons why this happens. You should always consult your doctor about things like this because these can escalate to severe symptoms like constriction of your airway.

If these are hot spots, like a blush, or little "stars" (ruptured capillaries) it may be a result of the effort of vomiting, though I would be concerned about vomiting severe enough to rupture capillaries. Otherwise, they and the vomiting could be symptoms of a more serious condition.

This could be an allergic reaction. Take an antihistamine (such as benadryl)to neutralize this and watch for signs of swelling or trouble breathing. If thing aren't getting any worse, note what the symptoms are to tell the doctor if need be.
