There is no medical proof that a special diet can treat MS, but patients should eat a healthy diet low in saturated fat and high in fiber to stay healthy.

People who suffer from MS should make sure that they add plenty of steamed vegetables to their meals or have it as a meal on its own. Lamb, fish, chicken, berries and nuts also provides good nutritional value. Stay away from dairy products, processed foods, salt, grains and legumes. Limit your sugar intake.

The general rule for the MS diet is eat lots of fruit and vegetables. You should low fat foods. Most important is to get lots of exercise

There are may types of food that are helpful in treating multiple sclerosis. Carrots, cabbage, cucumber, radish, tomato, beetroot, fruit juice, unsalted butter, honey, cottage cheese help in curing MS.

I have suffered with ms for the short time of 6 years however i feel that a dairy free part veg and fruit also small fish like sardines,white bait etc and very limited meat is the way to go and organic if possible and affortable

Usally they recommend that if you are diagnosed with MS you should stay away from as many saturated fats as possible. Stick with fish, vegetables, whit meat, and fruit.

There is no diet for Ms. You can eat healthy food like fish, fresh vegetables and fruits, nuts also not more than 10grams of saturated fat. Avoid Meat, pizza, icecreams, chocolate and diary products.
