The pill you have found is Hydrocodone bitartrate with ibuprofen. This medication is used to treat moderate to severe pain. A physician's prescription is required to obtain this medication. Use of this drug without a doctors order can be dangerous and could land you in legal trouble.

It is Hydrocodone bitartrate ibuprofen, also known simply as Ibuprofen, but the strength can't be determined from the number. It is listed as being 7. 5 mg - 200 mg, which doesn't narrow the field very well. I wouldn't take a pill that has been lying around.
