There are a number of different ones you can drink depending on what you are looking to achieve. If you are looking for ones that will have a relaxing and calming effect then peppermint or chamomile will work wonders. If you are looking to relieve cramps and regulate you then chasteberry or raspberry leaf will be the ones to use.

Tea does not have much of an affect on a period. However, drinking tea without caffeine is better for your body. If your body is healthier, you have a better chance of having a regular period. Herbal teas are usually the healthiest.

Ginseng and maca are frequently recommended for irregular periods. But more important than a specific tea is your overall nutrition.

There is no true "proven" tea to regulate your period, but many people have had positive results with raspberry tea, ginger tea, and chaste berry tea.
