Headaches associated with teeth pain are often caused by sinus infections and or allergies. If you are having watery eyes, stuffy nose and or scratchy throat for an extended period of time you should see your doctor to rule out a sinus infection. Try taking a hot shower, the steam will help.

You most likely have a sinus infection. Make an appointment with your physician or an allergist. You will definitely need an antibiotic.

You could have a cavity forming that you cannot see. I suggest you schedule an appointment with your dentist as soon as possible. He can do an x-ray there.

My sister has a similar problem. After many trips to the doctor she was diagnosed with sinusitis. Constant infection led to innumerable problems with her teeth, headaches, lethargy, joint pain, and a decreased immune system. Antibiotics are a short term fixed but surgery to improve drainage is the option my sister is going for.
