I have a low tolerance to spicy foods, how can I change that?

The only thing you can try is to continuously eat spicy foods until you get used to it. If that doesn't work your probably never going to like it.

The way to build up a tolerance to spicy food is to slowly incorporate it into your diet. Try only putting a dab of salsa on your chips at first and then each time you eat gradually add more. Soon you will be eating spicy foods much easier.

You may be able to increase your tolerance to spicy foods by slowly introducing them into your diet. Do not try to eat foods that are too spicy at first. Slowly introduce these foods, and use dairy (such as cheese or milk) to make eating them easier.

Well the best thing to do is gradually work you way up from mild foods up to spicy foods. Try eating several types of spicy thing in small quantities more and more over time to get a tolerance to them built up.
