With any oddity in pregnancy you should see your doctor. This could be from high blood pressure, light headedness, or simply the distractions of what you facing in having a baby.

Dizziness and problems with your reflexes could be symptoms of preeclampsia. Other symptoms of preeclampsia are severe headaches, nausea and abdominal pain. This condition is life-threatening for both the mother and the unborn child, and requires immediate medical attention. There are other conditions that could cause disorientation, but only your obstetrician can make that determination.

Sit down and get some rest, if you can get to a phone call your doctors office and let them know what is going on. You may need to have your blood pressure checked. Try drinking water as well. If none of this works then go to the emergency room.

You need to get your blood pressure checked as soon as possible; high blood pressure can indicate preclampsia and can put the baby into distress. Go to your doctor, describe your symptoms, and see what they recommend. This is not something you want to play with right now for the sake of the baby.
