Before entering data print a "Hard Copy". Enter the data into the cells in your worksheet. Save the worksheet on your computer and then print the spreadsheet your just created. Compair your "hard copy" to your newly printed copy to verify it was entered correctly.

To begin with to verufy data you need to know the data source. Then you can use the source to verify the data int he worksheet otherwise you need to contact the creater of the sheet and start asking questions.
