I love the Lakeside Collections catalogs. They offer the benefit of buying in bulk. I gave towels and water cannons as birthday goodies one year because of the bulk deals.

While I have only browsed and not actually bought anything from this particular retailer, the customer service was outstanding. I was able to ask a lot of different questions and never felt like I was bothering anyone at all. They were always very friendly. They were more than helpful in answering the questions.
