The most tell-tell sign someone is interested in you is if they go out of their way to be in your presence, or they go out of their way to encourage you to be in theirs. Also, take note of her behavior when around others compared to you, and if she is likely to be forward or aggressive.

Men have it easy in this case because women tend to be pretty open if they are attracted to someone. Does she ask many questions about you, how are you, what do you like to do? , are you close with your family?. She may also be very touchy feely. Finding any excuse to touch you is a good sign.
