Richard Hamilton is a very great shooter! Richard shoots mainly mid-range shots, so you wanna practice in closer from the three point line. A drill greatly helpful is sprinting!

The best way to become a better shooter is repetition. You have to practice shooting a lot of shots daily to become a better shooter.
