put poultry in square baking dish which fits microwave,suppose there are 4 pieces,put first two in square baking dish separated by few centimeters,then put other two accross the first two.

I put my poultry in square baking dish who fit for microwave. If I have 4 pieces of poultry, I'm putting the first two in the square baking dish separate by few centimeters so air can go around. Then I put the two other accross the two first also separate.
