I roast chickens on the grill by injecting them with my favorite marinade using a spice injector. I also use olive oil and a seasoned rub on the outside of the chicken for extra flavor. I grill the chicken on a Drunken Chicken Stand and cook them until they reach a temperature of 180 degrees.
One of the easiest grilled whole chicken recipes is to make drunk chicken. Open a beer can and pour half of it out, place the chicken on the beer can, the open cavity of the chicken should be placed over the beer can. Cook the chicken till it is cooked.
Whole chicken should be cleaned and washed with a salt and a pinch of turmeric. Along with that ginger paste, garlic paste, chilly powder, garam masala, a salt for taste.
