You need a license from the FCC first and foremost. It is illegal to operate a station without this license. You have to abide by the FCC Code of Federal Regulations, also. A radio station, even with a low wattage, is an expensive prospect.

First buy the frequency to set up the frequency. Next construct the antennas and start broadcasting. You have to buy the transmitter also. Set up the frequency equalizer in the office and start adjusting it to set to your frequency.

I feel it is a great way to get your self known. Also there are a bunch of people who like to listen to a good radio station. I love radio stations because there can be a prize and lots of fun.
