How should I deal with two of my employees fighting with each other?

Sit them both down together, and discuss this type of behavior is not exceptable in the work place. At work, they need to do civil to each other.

They are being unprofessional and self-centered (the fight is more important than the job). They should figure out how to work together or one or both will be fired.

If they are physically fighting, that is illegal, and remind them you can call the cops. If verbally abusive, remind them of related corporate policies.

If you want them to remain in your employment then you should give them both a written warning and explain that this behaviour can not carry on.
