Just do the best you can. Make an appointment with a therapist and psychiatrist to figure out a treatment plan so you can feel better. In the meantime, if you can't fake it for a while, take them to a sitter or grandparent for an evening. Take some help.

When around your children try to remain in a positive mood, plan activities that will get you outside and allow you some sunshine. If you need further activities try resting when not around them so that you will be more energetic when around them.

I can answer this question based on my own experience. I would say no. I came back from the war in Iraq diagnosed with PTSD and depression among things. Delaing with these issues destroyed my family. My children tried their best to understand and help. They both now suffer from panic attacks. I should have dealt with this differently.
