Honestly, breaking someone's trust is not going to be rebuilt with a simple apology. I think it is going to take a lot of work and plenty of time if she is ever going to fully trust you again.

If you truly loved her, you wouldn't cheat. Do her a favor and leave her, so she can find someone who will be faithful to her. She will never be able to trust you, so you will be unhappy too, if you stay with her. The trust is broken.

Try to give a few details as possible! You don't want her to picture the event in her head any more that she already has. Just say you're sorry and promise that it will never happen again.
