I had my naval and eyebrow pierced at 17 but I needed my parents to come and give written approval. The legal age is 18yrs old without parent consent. So yes you can get it done at 16 but your parents will definitely have to go with you and approve it to be done.

It depends on your geographic location and the specific shop where you want to get pierced. Some places require you to be 15; others require you to be 18 years old. If you are too young to get pierced in your area, you may be able to do it by having your parents go with you and give you permission.

To get any type of piercing on your own you must be a legal adult, which is 18 years old. However, many people younger than 18 are able to get piercings if a parent or legal guardian is present. Each piercing parlor has their own restrictions regarding age.

It will depend on the laws in your particular state, as well as the rules of the particular vendor you wish to go to.

In most states, you have to be at least eighteen years old to have your navel pierced without parental consent. However, if your parent consents, most piercers will do this for anyone over the age of eighteen. Whatever you do, make sure you go to a professional, licensed piercer who uses sterile, new equipment on each client!

In most states the legal age for piercing is eighteen, however in some areas you may have a piercing with parental consent as young as sixteen. Its best to go online and shop around

To get any type of body piercing done, you have to be 18 years old unless you have parental consent. If your parent or guardian goes with you and signs the paperwork, then you can have your naval pierced at any age. However, if they are not okay with it you'll have to wait until you are 18.

Rules for this vary somewhat from state to state. In general, however, you have to be 18 in order to get any tattoo or piercing on your own. If your parents are willing to consent, however (and they will probably have to sign something and accompany you to get the piercing), then you may be able to have it done.

I honestly see that as old enough to know what you're doing just not old enough to think of the consequences. And in the eye of the law you aren't even old enough to know what you're doing. I hope your parents are understand and won't be so strict about it and will let you get it.

I'd say that age 13 or 14 is old enough to pierce your navel. It is your body, after all.

I think that you should be old enough to enjoy what it is you have. A young child should not have a pierced naval. In my opinion, the person should be on their own before they are allowed to.
