While it may be possible to physically leave your parent's home, it will likely be difficult to secure a place to live, have utilities turned on in your name and secure a job with sufficient income to pay these expenses.
A person can move out at any time but must have legal permission to emancipate them from the control of the parents. Also most utility and bills will require that one is 18 to have service.
